Domestic Shipping Policy

We currently ship our products within India.

Our estimated shipping time is 7-10 business days which does not includes public holidays and Sundays.

Shipping charges are calculated based on order value. Orders above ₹2,500 qualify for free shipping, while orders below ₹2500 may incur charges between ₹60 and ₹150.Shipping will be free in India only.

Shipping charges, delivery timelines, and courier options will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to location, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

All mirrors and MDF products are securely packed; however, customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

Once we handover the packages to the courier partner it is out of our control and we cannot help you. If your packet has been delivered and you can't find it OR your packet is delayed please call the said courier company whichever is carrying your order and they can help you track it down.

If your order is returned back to us due to an incorrect address, non-availability of the customer, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to collect from the courier office (in case of a non-serviceable area), refund will not be provided.

The order can be re-dispatched only after payment of applicable shipping/re-shipping charges. Customers are requested to coordinate with the courier partner to ensure successful delivery.

Any damage, defect, or incorrect item must be reported within 2 days of delivery along with clear photographs and the order number.

Once the product is delivered and accepted, we are not responsible for damages reported after the inspection period.

Delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions are beyond our control.

International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Availability and shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

For international shipping, it typically takes 10 to 15 days to deliver the product once the order is placed, though delivery times may vary depending on your location.

International delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, destination country regulations, or courier delays.

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or shipment rejection caused by customs authorities.

International orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.

Any damage or defect must be reported within 2 days of delivery with photos and  unboxing videos without cuts (if applicable).

In case of failed delivery, refusal by the customer, or incorrect address provided, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the international courier.

Packaging & Transit Disclaimer

Due to the fragile nature of mirrors and MDF products, minor imperfections caused during transit may occur.

We use industry-standard protective packaging, but transit-related risks cannot be completely eliminated, especially for international shipments.
