⚠️ 1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with:
- A photo of the damaged item
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
We will replace the item or issue a full refund (including shipping charges) if proof of damage/defect is provided.

📍 3. Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
For returns where we pay the return shipping, we may issue you a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the return cost.

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time to post.
- Then contact your bank. There is often processing time.
