Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Mirror and MDF Studio. We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

📦 1. Returns

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be in the original packaging with all accessories and labels intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) must be provided.
  • Note: Customized, made-to-order, or personalized mirrors/MDF products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

🔄 2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original delivery charges may not be refunded.

⚠️ 3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with:

  1. A photo of the damaged item
  2. Your order number
  3. Description of the issue

We will replace the item or issue a full refund (including shipping charges) if proof of damage/defect is provided.

📍 5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

For returns where we pay the return shipping, we may issue you a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the return cost.

⏱️ 6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take time to post.
  • Then contact your bank. There is often processing time.
